RULES:
- Any Establishment/Employer employing 10 or more persons
- All employees except those in a managerial or supervisory capacity drawing wages of more than ₹1,600 per month

Applicability
The West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Rules extends to the entire state of West Bengal.
