Chhattisgarh Labour Welfare Fund Act & Rules
The Chhattisgarh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982 and its Rules provide for the constitution of a fund for financing and conducting activities to promote the welfare of labour in the State of Chhattisgarh. Under the Act, both the employee and the employer contribute to labour welfare schemes. A separate board, made up of members from employers, employees, and state representatives, is constituted for this purpose.

RULES:
- Any Establishment/Employer employing 1 or more persons
- All employees except those in a managerial, administrative, or supervisory capacity drawing wages of more than ₹10,000 per month
