All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Platform are owned by Talent Insightful and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Insightful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on AI-based outputs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
