The Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Rules
An Act to provide for the constitution of a Fund for promoting the welfare of labour, and for certain other matters connected with that, in the State of Tamil Nadu. This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972.

RULES:
- Any Establishment/Employer employing 5 or more persons
- All employees except those in part-time, apprentice, or managerial positions drawing wages of more than ₹15,000 per month

Applicability
The Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.
