The Goa, Diu and Daman Labour Welfare Fund Rules
The Goa, Diu and Daman Labour Welfare Fund Rules is an Act to provide for the constitution of a Fund for financing activities that promote the welfare of labour, and for conducting such activities and matters connected with that, in the Union Territory of Goa, Daman, and Diu.

RULES:
- Any Establishment/Employer employing 1 or more persons
- All employees except those in a managerial, administrative, or supervisory capacity drawing wages of more than ₹1,600 per month

Applicability
It was enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu in the thirty-seventh year of the Republic of India, as follows: short title, extent, and commencement.
- (1) This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
