The Chandigarh Labour Welfare Fund Rules
Chandigarh is a Union Territory. It is also the capital for both the states of Punjab and Haryana. Chandigarh follows the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Rules. This is an Act to provide for the constitution of a Fund for financing activities that promote the welfare of labour in Chandigarh, and for certain other purposes.
