The Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Rules

The Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Rules is an Act to provide for the constitution of a fund for financing activities that promote the welfare of labour in the state of Odisha, and for the establishment of a board for conducting such activities and matters connected with or incidental to that.

Applicability

This Act may be called the Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Act, 2005, and it applies to the entire state of Odisha.
