Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act & Rules
The Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act and Rules provide for the constitution of a fund for financing and conducting activities to promote the welfare of labour in the State of Telangana. Under the Act, both the employee and the employer contribute to labour welfare schemes. A separate board, made up of members from employers, employees, and state representatives, is constituted for this purpose.

RULES:
- Any Establishment/Employer employing 20 or more persons
- All employees except those in a managerial or supervisory capacity drawing wages of more than ₹1,600 per month
