Rule 33: Intimation of persons discharging managerial function
Every employer registered under section 6 shall inform the Facilitator, in Form ‘T’, of the names, designation and brief nature of duties of such persons who are discharging managerial functions. The information in Form ‘T’ shall be submitted annually, and whenever there is any change during the year.
