Form K - Intimation of Closure (less than 10 workers)

Rule 11: Closing of business

Every employer of an establishment engaging ten or more workers, on closing its business permanently, shall communicate the same to the Facilitator in Form ‘J’.

Every employer of an establishment engaging less than ten workers, on closing its business permanently, shall communicate the same to the Facilitator in Form ‘K’.
