Form M - Notice Rejecting Claim for Payment of Gratuity
If a claim for gratuity isn't found admissible, the employer must issue a notice, by the due date after receiving the application, to the applicant employee, nominee, or legal heir, specifying why the claim isn't considered admissible.
A copy of the notice must also be sent to the controlling authority.
