Form L - Notice for Payment of Gratuity
If a claim is found admissible on verification, the employer must give this notice, by the due date after receiving the application, to the applicant employee, nominee, or legal heir, specifying the amount of gratuity payable and fixing a date for payment no later than the 30th day after receiving the application.
A copy of the notice must also be sent to the controlling authority.
