What is a Concealed Weapons Policy?

India has some of the strictest laws around weapon possession in the world, and workplace safety depends on keeping that same standard in place at work. A workplace is meant to be a safe space for people to do their jobs, and an employee carrying a weapon puts everyone else's safety at risk. A Concealed Weapons Policy gives an organization a firm, clear stance against concealed arms on the premises. This isn't a policy that leaves room for leniency: when lives are on the line, there isn't much room to compromise.

Setting clear rules here means employees know exactly where the organization stands. They should understand upfront that breaking this policy carries real consequences, and the company reserves the right to terminate an employee who breaches its terms.
