Salaries From Attendance
Salaries are worked out from attendance and leave, so loss of pay is counted without anyone adding it up by hand.
Run salaries, payslips and reimbursements for teams across India, with PF, ESI, TDS and professional tax worked out in every pay run.
Payroll software in India works out each employee's salary, takes off the statutory deductions Indian law asks for, and creates the payslip. That means PF and ESI for eligible staff, TDS on salary, and professional tax in the states that charge it.
Done by hand, every one of these is a spreadsheet that has to be right every month, and harder still when staff sit in more than one state. Niyuk keeps attendance, leave, salary details and deductions in one place, so your HR team runs payroll the same way in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai or Patna.
Everything you need in one HR payroll software.
Salaries are worked out from attendance and leave, so loss of pay is counted without anyone adding it up by hand.
PF and ESI are applied to eligible employees in every run, and the records stay together for your monthly filings.
TDS is worked out as part of the payroll run, so the deduction on each payslip matches the salary it came from.
Professional tax is applied for employees in the states that charge it, and left out where the state does not.
Payslips go out once the run is checked, and reimbursements are paid in the same run as salary.
Each row is a month: how many people were paid, what went out, and whether the run is still a draft, approved or finalised. Nothing is overwritten, so June is still there to open in December.
Gross, deductions and net for the whole month, with a row for every employee underneath. If a figure looks wrong, the person it came from is on the same screen, and nothing goes out until you press send.
Earnings on the left, deductions on the right, net pay at the bottom. This one was paid for 26 days of 30, and the four that were not are named by date instead of left as a number.
