Perks
Perks, often called "perquisites," are the extra advantages and privileges employees get on top of their regular pay and standard benefits. Employers offer them to attract and retain talent and to keep employees happier and more satisfied with their jobs.
Common perks include healthcare coverage, retirement plans, flexible working hours, company-provided meals, gym access, and the option to work remotely.
