Performance Appraisal

Performance appraisal is the periodic review and evaluation of an employee’s job performance, including their skills, achievements, and overall contribution to the company. These reviews can happen at any time, though most organizations run them annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.

Companies use performance appraisals to figure out which employees have contributed the most, so they can reward them accordingly.
