Panel Interview

A panel interview is just like a normal interview, except it has more than one interviewer asking the questions. Having multiple interviewers helps diversify the questions and gives a better overall assessment of the candidate’s skills.

Panel interviews are quite different from group interviews: here, a single candidate is interviewed by the whole panel at the same time, rather than multiple candidates being interviewed together.
