Organisational Change

Updated on: October 14, 2026 Sneha Gondhale 1 min read

Organizational change refers to shifts in the structural relationships and roles of people within an organization. It is largely structural in nature, and a company can change in several ways, through its technology, its structure, its people, or other elements.

Organizational change also calls for a shift in individual employee behavior to match.
