HPI Visa

The High Potential Individual (HPI) Visa lets recent graduates from top global universities live and work in the UK without needing a job offer first. Visa holders can work for any employer, switch jobs freely, and start their own business during their stay.

To qualify, graduates need a degree from a university on the UK’s Global Universities List, earned within the past five years. The degree has to be equivalent to a UK bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD, and applicants also need to demonstrate English language proficiency.
