Form 10C

Form 10C is a document from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) that employees fill out to claim their funds and benefits under the Employee Pension Scheme (EPS). The four-page form is available to download at www.epfindia.gov.in.

Form 10C lets you either carry forward the same EPS account when you change jobs, or withdraw the fund if you do not want to carry it forward.
