Compliance Reports
A compliance report is the document a company puts together to show it’s meeting the laws and regulations set by government bodies, essentially a detailed breakdown of where the company stands on compliance.
Typically, the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is the one who puts it together, making sure the company sticks to national and international regulations while also assessing the internal controls that keep everything on track. The core purpose, ultimately, is accountability: making sure the process itself can be checked and trusted.
