Accessibility

Updated on: October 13, 2026 Sneha Gondhale 2 mins read

Accessibility means designing and adapting things, such as websites, buildings, and software, so everyone can use them, including people with disabilities. In a workplace, that shows up both in how employees do their jobs day to day and in how customers interact with the company.

The core idea is reasonable accommodation: making the adjustments people with disabilities need so they get the same access and the same chance to participate as everyone else.
