The Haryana government notified the Draft Social Security Rules, 2021 in the gazette on 16 September 2021.
Applicability
Once in force, the Draft Rules will apply across the whole of Haryana, for industrial establishments, undertakings, and connected matters where the State Government is the appropriate Government. They take effect from the date following their final publication in the Official Gazette, after the Code on Social Security, 2020 itself commences.
