Draft of Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions (Uttar Pradesh) Rules, 2021

The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall extend to whole of Uttar Pradesh and shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.

The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall repeal:

• The Uttar Pradesh Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
• The Uttar Pradesh Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983
• The Uttar Pradesh Bidi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
• The Uttar Pradesh Factories Rules, 1950
• The Uttar Pradesh Factories (Welfare Officers) Rules, 1955
• The Uttar Pradesh Factories (Safety Officers) Rules, 1984
