Draft of Code on Social Security (Punjab) Rules, 2021
The Draft Punjab Social Security Rules, 2021 has been notified in the gazette on 25 March 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules shall extend to the whole of the State of Punjab and shall come into force on the date on which the Code on Social Security, 2020 comes into force.
