Draft of Code on Social Security (Manipur) Rules, 2021
The Draft Manipur Social Security Rules, 2021 has been notified in the gazette on 19 November 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules shall extend to the whole of the State of Manipur and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall repeal:
- Manipur Unorganized Workers’ Social Security Rules, 2016
- Manipur Payment of Gratuity Rules, 1982
- Manipur Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Rules, 1960
