Draft of Code on Social Security (Maharashtra) Rules, 2021
The Draft Maharashtra Social Security Rules, 2021 has been notified in the gazette on 27 August 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules shall extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall repeal:
- Maharashtra Unorganized Workers’ Social Security Rules, 2013
- Payment of Gratuity (Maharashtra) Rules, 1972
- Maharashtra Maternity Benefit Rules, 1965
