Draft of Code on Social Security (Jharkhand) Rules, 2021
The Draft Jharkhand Social Security Rules, 2021 has been notified in the gazette on 3 August 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall repeal:
- Jharkhand Workmen’s Compensation Rules, 1924
- Jharkhand Maternity Benefit Rules, 1964
- Payment of Gratuity (Jharkhand) Rules, 1972
- Jharkhand Building and Other Construction (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
- The Jharkhand Unorganized Workers Social Security Rules, 2013
