Draft of Code on Social Security (Himachal Pradesh) Rules, 2021
The Draft Himachal Pradesh Social Security Rules, 2021 has been notified in the gazette on 30 October 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules shall extend to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh and shall come into force after their final publication in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
The Draft Rules upon coming into force shall repeal:
- The Himachal Pradesh Maternity Benefits Rules, 1973
- The Payment of Gratuity (Himachal Pradesh) Rules, 1972
- The Himachal Pradesh Unorganised Workers’ Social Security Rules, 2015
- The Himachal Pradesh Building and other Construction Workers (RE & CS) Rules, 2008
