Draft of Code on Social Security (Haryana) Rules, 2021
The Draft Haryana Social Security Rules, 2021 has been notified in the gazette on 16 September 2021.
Applicability
The Draft Rules shall extend to the whole of the State of Haryana in respect of industrial establishments or undertakings, and matters connected with them, for which the State Government is the appropriate Government. They shall come into force after their final publication in the Official Gazette, on the commencement of the Code on Social Security, 2020.
