Form E - Notice of close day or a change in close day
Intimation regarding the choice of the close day.- Every occupier of a shop or commercial establishment should, along with Form ‘A’, furnish intimation regarding the choice of close day in Form ‘E’ to the Chief Inspector, get it acknowledged by him, make photocopies and display it on the company notice board or security entrance gate.
