Once in force, the Draft Rules will apply across the whole State of Telangana, for industrial establishments and matters where the Telangana State Government is the appropriate Government, effective from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

The Draft Rules prescribe twenty-six forms covering procedures under the Code:
- Form I – Memorandum of settlement reached during conciliation proceedings or otherwise (Rule 3)
- Form II – Register of certified standing orders (Rule 15)
- Form III – Notice of an employer’s proposed change to service conditions (Rule 17)
- Form IV – Agreement for voluntary arbitration (Rule 18)
- Form V – Authorization for representation before the authority under the Code (Rules 20, 42 & 43)
- Form VI – Oath of office for a Judicial or Administrative Member of the Industrial Tribunal (Rules 21 & 22)
- Form VII – Application to the Tribunal for matters unresolved by the Conciliation Officer (Rule 24)
- Form VIII – Application under Section 59(1) of the Code (Rule 25)
- Form IX – Application by a person authorized by a worker, or by the assignee or heir of a deceased worker, under Section 59(1) (Rule 25)
- Form X – Application under Section 59(2) of the Code (Rule 25)
- Form XI – Application by an assignee or heir of a deceased worker under Section 59(2) (Rule 25)
- Form XII – Notice of strike by a union or group of workers (Rule 26)
- Form XIII – Notice of lock-out by an employer (Rule 27)
- Form XIV – Notice of retrenchment or closure to the State Government under Chapter IX (Rules 28, 30 & 34)
- Form XV – Application for permission of lay-off, continued lay-off, retrenchment, or closure under Chapter X (Rules 31, 32 & 36)
- Form XVI – Notice to an employer or person for a first-time offence, for compounding under Section 89 (Rule 39)
