The employer must maintain a quarterly record, in the given format, of the work and studies undertaken by Graduate, Technician, and Technician (Vocational) apprentices at their establishment.
At the end of each quarter, this record is sent as a report to the Director of the concerned Regional Board of Apprenticeship Training.
