Form 3 – Notification of due completion

Every employer shall submit particulars of trade apprentices who meet the minimum eligibility conditions for the ensuing trade test in March or September. These particulars shall be submitted, in the prescribed form, to the Regional Director or the State Apprenticeship Adviser, as applicable.
