Employers must submit an Accident Report to the concerned branch office or ESI Dispensary within 24 hours of any accident that could result in an employee’s death or disablement. Minor accidents that don’t cause absence from work don’t need to be reported.
The ESI Corporation also lets employers file Accident Reports online, through the ESI Employer Portal.
