Employers must maintain a Register of Employees online, as required under Regulation 32(1) and 32(1A) of the ESI (General) Regulations, 1950 (as amended).
The ESI Corporation initially generates Form 6 for each employer based on information already available with it. Employers can then access the Register through the portal and update it to reflect the current employment position.
