Conditions of Employment

Conditions of employment, also called terms of employment, are the rules and policies both employer and employee agree to right at the start of the hiring process, ones that hold for the entire duration of the employee’s time at the company. They cover the rights and obligations of both sides: code of conduct, vacation and leave policies, working hours, breaks, key responsibility areas, any contract terms, expectations, and anything else that might affect either party.
