Company Culture

Company culture is essentially the work environment a company creates, shaping how staff behave and how management treats employees. It shows up in how people spend their time, what values they actually hold, the decisions they make, and the everyday conversations that happen around the office. It also goes by other names: corporate culture, organizational culture, workplace culture, take your pick.

You can see it reflected almost everywhere: dress code, business hours, how the office is set up, employee benefits, turnover rates, who gets hired, how clients are treated, and just about every other part of how the business runs. Whether it grew organically or was deliberately shaped over time, culture ends up touching nearly everything a company does.
