Agile HR

Agile is an iterative approach to software development and project management. Rather than planning everything upfront and delivering one large release at the end, agile teams work in small increments, shipping usable pieces of work continuously and adjusting as they go.

Atlassian describes it well: instead of betting everything on a “big bang” launch, an agile team delivers work in small but consumable increments, with requirements, plans, and results evaluated continuously so the team can respond to change quickly.

The practical effect is that feedback comes earlier, problems surface before they compound, and the final product reflects what customers actually need rather than what was specified months before anyone had seen a working version.
