Welcome to Niyuk (“Platform”), a SaaS-based AI recruitment platform operated by Talent Insightful (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services available at https://niyuk.ai, including AI-powered assessments and video interviews.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Niyuk, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse, modify, or interfere with the functionality of the Platform. Our services include AI-based resume screening, assessments, and automated video interviews for recruitment purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Platform are owned by Talent Insightful and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Insightful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on AI-based outputs.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
