Cancellation Policy
At Niyuk, we value our users and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience.
If you decide that Niyuk isn’t the right fit for your hiring needs, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time.
1.Free Trial Users
If you are using Niyuk under a free trial, there are no charges and no cancellation fees.
Once your trial period ends, access to Niyuk will be discontinued unless you upgrade to a paid plan. You’ll need to upgrade to continue using the platform and its features.
2. Paid Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at sales@niyuk.com
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have full access to your account until the billing period ends.
- No refunds are issued for partial months or unused subscription periods.
3. Renewal
All paid plans are auto-renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You will receive an email reminder prior to renewal.
4. Account Deactivation
Once cancelled, your account and data will be retained for 30 days. After that, your information may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
