Assessment durations are variable. They are based on role and complexity.

  • Leadership or domain-specific roles: 45 to 60 minutes 

You can set up duration based on your specific requirements. 

Once a candidate completes an assessment, the results are auto scored and displayed on the recruiter’s dashboard. You’ll receive:

Yes. You can make a library of assessments and use them across different job postings many times. You can also duplicate an assessment, and little modify it for a new role. 

This depends on your settings. You can enable or restrict reattempts. If enabled, candidates can again do the assessment either after a cooling-off period or by manual approval. 

Most assessments are currently in English, but Niyuk supports adding regional languages based on request. Language customization can be done if required for specific roles or markets.
